How to write a recipe





It seems like writing a recipe is not so easy as you may think. So, here are some writing tips, together with several recipe models and some specific vocabulary on the same topic: food and drinks.

    "TIRAMISÚ
    Ingredients: coffe, sugar, Mascarpone cheese, eggs, biscuits, aple liquor, chocolate
    Preparation:
    The eggs are separated. Then the sugar is added and the mascarpone cheese is mixed with this mixture.
    After than biscuits are put into the liquor, and this is put on a plate. The misture is laid on the cake.
    Finally chocolate is spored all over the cake and you put in the fridge".

    "FRUIT SALAD
    I'm going to explain you how make a good fruit salad:

    Ingredients:

    4 oranges
    4 bananas
    4 kiwis
    4 apples
    6 mandarins
    1 kg pineapple
    whipped cream

    Preparation:

    The bowl, a wooden board and a knife are taken. The fruit is started to cut. At first, we start with the apples, then we put 4 oranges, 6 mandarins, 4 bananas and 4 kiwis, the fruit is cut. The strawberries are added.
    Finally the mixture is served in some big round fruit desseert glasses. The pineapple is cut and added to decorate the fruit salad and the whipped cream is added as you want".
